you just need portion control and eat it in moderation
^^ okay, look, yes you can eat pizza and have a “good” body. But you can not eat pizza and look like a supermodel. It really depends on what your goals are. Everyone keeps saying all this crap about “moderation, moderation, blah blah blah” but the bottom line is that you can not eat junk food every day (regardless of how much or little) and expect to look like that. If you don’t want to look like that, fine! There is nothing wrong with that. But some people do and just because your goals are different than someone else’s doesn’t mean you have any right to tell them what they should want THEIR bodies to look like! That is all. kthx.
